Dogs do not need to be up to date on vaccines.

You are acknowledging that your dog is in generally good health with no known health issues or diseases of any kind.

 

Your dog is up to date on Puppy Vaccines & has had at least one Rabie Vaccines.

Under No circumstances will I groom any Dog(s) with Worms, Fleas, Ring Worm or Lice.

Vaccines should only be given to the young and healthy & did you know they last a lot longer then 3 yrs. They should never be given to the old & sick. Sick also includes dogs with allergies.
